Job Summary

Oversee construction site activities to ensure quality, compliance, and timely project completion through effective supervision, coordination, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction works on-site to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards
• Inspect and verify quality of works against contract drawings and specifications
• Perform all site supervision duties in compliance with Building Control Regulations
• Coordinate with main contractors and consultants to ensure safe and timely project completion
• Participate in project and site meetings to identify and resolve site issues promptly
• Prepare and submit regular weekly and monthly progress reports to consultants

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

• Part of supervision team for Non-landed Residential project at Tampines Street 95 & Woodlands Drive 17, Holland Link & Holland Plain.
