Solidheat is supported by a dynamic sales and technical support team, experienced engineers, and a responsive after-sales service unit. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment.

• Provide prompt and professional after-sales technical support at customers’ sites.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and heating-related equipment.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.

• Support project installation and system testing.

• Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Attend technical training provided by overseas principals.

• Travel within Singapore and occasionally overseas for project support when required.

Requirements

• Diploma, NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.

• Candidates with relevant industrial service experience are preferred.

• Fresh graduates with a positive learning attitude are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and industrial equipment.

• Hands-on, responsible and willing to work independently.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).
