Job Summary

Manage comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, work pass processing, compliance with MOM regulations, and employee engagement to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to secure qualified candidates
• Prepare and issue employment contracts while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
• Process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and handle related Ministry of Manpower (MOM) matters to ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor and update employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data to support accurate compensation and benefits administration
• Ensure adherence to Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations through regular compliance checks and documentation maintenance
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and support performance management processes to enhance workforce motivation
• Coordinate training programs and staff development initiatives to foster continuous learning and skill enhancement
• Perform HR administrative duties including preparing reports and managing personnel files with attention to detail and confidentiality
• Execute ad hoc HR tasks assigned by management to support evolving business needs
