Main Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the whole production team of soap and cleaning supplies production operators, arrange daily shift rosters, allocate work tasks reasonably.

Monitor the full manufacturing process of detergents, soap and cleaning products, ensure all production follows standard operating procedures (SOP).

Strictly control daily production output, product quality and production schedules, solve on-site production abnormalities timely.

Inspect workshop hygiene, machine safety status and raw material storage; implement all factory safety and sanitation rules for cleaning goods production.

Track raw material consumption, finished goods yield, record daily production reports and submit data to management regularly.

Train new production staff, guide machine operation, quality control and safety operation standards for subordinates.

Cooperate with warehouse and QC teams to coordinate raw material supply and finished product inspection.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years working experience as a production supervisor in detergent, soap, chemical cleaning supplies or FMCG manufacturing factory.

Familiar with the whole production flow of soap, laundry detergent and household cleaning preparations.

Strong team management skills, able to coordinate staff and resolve on-site operational issues efficiently.

Able to work rotating shifts as production demands, attentive to product quality and workplace safety.

Basic written English to fill production log forms and daily reports is preferred.
