Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on inspection, testing, and First Article Inspection (FAI) for Box Build and System Integration products to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, IPC/SEMI requirements, and customer requirements.

• Investigate product defects, non-conformities, and customer complaints with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Lead and facilitate root cause analysis using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, PFMEA, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Develop, implement, and maintain inspection procedures, control plans, and quality documentation to ensure process compliance.

• Maintain accurate quality records and product traceability using systems such as SAP, MES, Agile, and other quality management systems.

• Monitor quality performance, analyse trends, prepare quality reports, and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

• Support customer, internal, and external quality audits where required.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Box Build & System Integration, Semiconductor, High-Tech Manufacturing, or related industries.

• Hands-on experience in product inspection, testing, and First Article Inspection (FAI).

• Good knowledge of quality standards and tools such as ISO 9001, IPC, SEMI, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, and CAPA.

• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g. SAP, MES, Agile) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

• Experience with Power BI or data analytics tools is an advantage.

• Willing to perform hands-on inspection activities and work overtime when required.
