Management Trainee Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help with project planning and implementation.
• Understand each department’s processes and goals and work with them for a comprehensive company understanding
• Analyze market data for strategic decisions.
• Attend meetings and recording minutes and providing summaries for management where required
• Assist management with implementation of new policies and procedures
• Ensure new employees are properly trained
• Propose ways to increase efficiency.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day tasks.
• Create reports for management.
• Attend training to enhance professional skills.
• Address customer needs for satisfaction and relationships.

Management Trainee Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated initiative, confidence, and accountability.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in changing environments.
• Collaborative attitude and respect for diverse perspectives.
