Accounts Assistant

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for graduating students or fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains full set of accounts for us and clients
• Manages all financial and accounting transactions
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Perform other accounting duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
