Job Summary

Drive sales growth by promoting and selling industrial automation products, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s industrial automation products and solutions to target customers
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction
• Analyze customer requirements to recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Prepare accurate quotations and promptly follow up on sales enquiries to secure orders
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product delivery and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and submit regular sales performance reports

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
