Job Summary

You will manage inventory and stock counts, handle returns and refunds from the online platform, assist walk-in customers, pack parcels during peak seasons, update stock quantities on the platform, and support ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory by conducting regular stock counts and performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and product standards
• Process return and refund cases efficiently from the online platform to maintain customer satisfaction
• Assist walk-in customers by addressing their needs and providing timely support
• Pack parcels accurately during peak seasons or as needed to ensure timely delivery
• Stock in products and update quantities promptly on the online platform to maintain accurate inventory records
• Support various ad-hoc duties as assigned to contribute to smooth daily operations

Other Information

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm
• Work schedule: 5 days a week with alternate Saturdays
• Work location: Tannery Road (near Potong Pasir MRT and Geylang Bahru MRT)
