岗位职责

Job Description
  • Oversee and managing various sites and location with our Organization .
  • Supervise and Coordinate daily activities ensuring projects are completed on time
  • Assign job task to Supervisor to workers and conduct frequent inspections on work quality and safety .
  • Oversee maintenance and address customer concerns and inquiry .
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Coordinates the allocation efficient use of manpower .
  • Conduct briefing and training for new man on site .
  • Provide feedbacks to management on area of improvement .
  • Able to lead , motivate team in a positive work environment .
  • Ability to handle unforeseen challenges and find effective solutions .
