• Responsible for pre, post sales technical support for our ultra pure fluid handling division serving semiconductor, pharmaceutical and life science industry.

• Support sales team and end users on pump selection, hydraulics, and automation setup.

• Work alongside with sales team to develop new markets and users

• Support end users on trials and evaluations

• User trainings and trouble shootings

• May require travelling for overseas customers
