The Opportunity

As a Student Engagement Advisor, you'll be one of the first people aspiring creatives meet on their journey. You'll become an ambassador for the Asian Screen Institute, connecting future creative professionals with a hands on, industry based education that equips students with the skills, experience and professional networks needed for successful creative careers.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Inspire aspiring filmmakers, musicians, designers and creative professionals to pursue careers in the creative industries.
• Advise prospective students on study pathways that align with their career ambitions.
• Guide prospective students from their first enquiry through to enrolment.
• Deliver engaging programme presentations, information sessions and one on one consultations.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective students, schools, education agents and creative communities.
• Represent ASI at Open Houses, education exhibitions, school visits and creative industry events.
• Support initiatives that connect emerging creative talent with industry focused education.
• Nurture prospective student relationships while maintaining accurate engagement records and communications.
• Contribute ideas that enhance the student experience and strengthen ASI's reputation as a leader in creative education.

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, Media, Arts Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum two years' experience in higher education, student engagement, education consultancy, relationship management or customer service.
• Experience within higher education, private education or the creative industries will be highly regarded.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Fluency in English and Mandarin will be advantageous when engaging with prospective students, education agents and partners across Asia.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to support Open Houses, education fairs and student engagement events.
