PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

Your scope of duty will be:

a. Lead the initiation and planning of projects and ensure technical feasibility;

b. Coordinate staff and internal resources and ensure resource availability and allocation;

c. Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track progress of project;

d. Manage project progress and ensure deadlines are met;

e. Ensure accurate and timely deliverables within the stipulated scope and budget;

f. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure proper execution of projects;

g. Manage relationships and expectations with clients and stakeholders;

h. Achieve and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction;

i. Manage material handling cost;

j. Optimize and improve processes and overall approaches, where necessary;

k. Proper site management;

l. Report and escalate to upper management, when necessary;

m. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;

n. Update and improve project software to have a common goal: precision& efficiency for the team;

Required:

• Candidate must possess at least a NITEC, O Level or Diploma (Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent
• Preferably 2 - 5 years of working experience for Mechanical and Electrical companies
• Able to read and understand Tender Drawing (Electrical / MEP)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Electrical & Revit
• Able to start work immediately or within short term notice
• Strong team member/leader, meticulous and serious in his/her work
• Positive attitude and prepare to go the extra mile to success
• Self-motivated, and results-oriented with ability to take pressure
