Job Description

• Day-to-day supervision on site
• Coordination and monitoring of progress amongst various subcontracting works
• Proficiency in CAD software, checking drawing discrepancies, coordinating with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Attend meetings, inspections, liaison with QP's, government body and clients
• Responsible for the upkeep / submission of reports including safety and other compliance matters

Job requirement

• Prior experience with landed property construction in Singapore
• Experienced with Structural and architectural works for Building Construction
• Degree in Civil Engineering with relevant safety and construction certificate
