Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries related to company productsand services via emails, phone calls, and websites.
• Coordinating training & development activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposal documents and draft salescontract.
• Provide support on training related enquiries includes: Work with all stakeholdersto ensure proper alignment of the Simulator Flight Scheduling and MaintenancePlanning activities. Perform data input andanalysis. Plan and track monthlyprograms for completion.
• Contribute to the trainee care & trainingsupport operations for the pilots at the training center.
• Support and execute all AST companyactivities. (Airshow, APATS etc).
• Coordinates with other departments andcompany resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Execute content production for social mediaplatforms (LinkedIn/ website).
• Undertake and monitor necessary research toprovide highly needed support to the business development team.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilitiesas assigned.
• Perform miscellaneous administrativeactivities.
• Manage good relationship with hotel for signingcontracts and scheduling of hotel arrangements.
• Transportation arrangement for oversees customersand guests.
• Ensure assigned tasks are delivered withinthe planned timeline.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or its equivalent.
• Ideally possessingat least 2 years of experience in business development/ Salesmarketing role, preferably in the Aviation / Aviation Trainingindustry.
• “Can do” attitudeand eagerness to learn.
• Ability toadequately perform professional services relating to the needs of the organization.
• Detail-orientedperson and strong ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
• Able to multi-taskand submit the required task on time.
• Ability to workindependently and in a team.
• Good communicationand negotiation skills.
• Planning and organizational.
• Preferably thosewho are available immediately or within short notice.

In this branch of AST, we are an Approved Training Centre by CAAS and have been operating since 2018. AST has trained over 200 pilots and trainees in recent years and many of whom are currently employed by airlines in the region. We operate full flight simulators and conduct training programs that are approved by Civil Aviation Authorities both locally and overseas. Our aim is to deliver a high standard of training at affordable costs.
