Eucharist-Tech Pte Ltd develops proprietary, high-performance software products and platforms predominantly in Java. Our platform enables individuals with business process knowledge to build complex, distributed applications without needing to write code. We are looking for a highly motivated, action-oriented engineer with a strong problem-solving mindset to join us.

The Opportunity
This role is designed for a technically sharp engineer focused on core software development and individual delivery.

You will start as a key individual contributor, working directly with our Windows and Android ecosystems to optimize code, eliminate system bottlenecks, and achieve architectural perfection.

We are specifically looking for someone with the technical depth to rapidly step into a Technical Lead role . You will be able to evaludate and advise on a sound technical decisions, generate new ideas and establish best practices. This progression will be based entirely on your technical merit, execution speed, and impact on our platform, rather than standard corporate tenure.

Key Responsibilities (80%+ Hands-on Coding)

• Core Java Development: Take ownership of complex backend and application programming, writing clean, high-performance Java code.
• Desktop UI Engineering: Maintain, evolve, and optimize our desktop client interfaces utilizing Java UI frameworks like Swing or SWT.
• Android & Mobile Integration: Develop and refine data synchronization protocols between our core Windows environment and mobile Android applications.
• Performance Optimization: Deep-dive into database operations (SQL) and data structures (XML) to identify memory leaks, resolve bottlenecks, and improve system scalability.
• Team Progression: As you master the codebase, you will establish development best practices, mentor mid-level engineers, and run peer code reviews.

• Technical Mentorship: Willingness to guide, support, and lift the technical capabilities of a small team of mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of continuous, hands-on professional experience in Java software development.
• Proven experience with Java application frameworks and desktop libraries (such as Swing, SWT, Spring, or JakartaEE).
• Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL queries, and XML data processing.
• Direct experience or strong technical capability in building or integrating software for Windows and Android environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience working within NetBeans or Eclipse Platform environments.
• Familiarity with MQ (Message Queue) protocols.
