Job Summary

We are looking for a Community & Lead Generation Executive to support marketing growth by building parent communities, generating leads, engaging users, and coordinating marketing activities to convert interest into sign-ups.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage parent communities on Facebook, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels to increase engagement and brand awareness
• Post regularly in external social and community groups to generate leads and raise awareness
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and inbound enquiries to nurture potential leads
• Support daily community engagement and relationship building to maintain active user participation
• Maintain and update a clear lead follow-up process to ensure no opportunities are missed
• Prepare weekly marketing reports tracking leads, engagement, and community growth using Excel or Google Sheets
• Assist with marketing administrative tasks including coordination, posting records, and follow-up tracking
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support campaign execution and growth initiatives
• Coordinate with content and social teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong written English communication skills to engage parents and handle enquiries professionally
• Proficiency in using Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other online community platforms
• Ability to track and report data accurately using Excel or Google Sheets
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, community management, customer engagement, or related roles
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with direction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in education, enrichment, tuition, parenting, or edtech-related environments
• Experience posting in community groups specifically for lead generation
• Experience managing social media comments and direct message responses
• Basic design or content coordination skills
• Familiarity with Singapore parent audience behaviors
