Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer

12 months contarct - highly extendable

We're looking for a hands-on technical leader to own and grow our Power Platform and SharePoint Online ecosystem - leading a team that keeps mission-critical applications running smoothly while architecting what comes next.

The Role

You'll lead a team responsible for both the day-to-day reliability and the future direction of applications built on Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online (SPFx). This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable managing SLAs and stakeholders as they are designing scalable solution architecture from scratch.

What You'll Do

• Keep the lights on, brilliantly — Own incident, problem, and service request management, consistently meeting SLA targets.
• Architect for scale — Design, build, and maintain custom forms and workflow solutions across SharePoint Online, M365, and Power Platform, including SharePoint Online PowerShell scripting.
• Drive continuous improvement — Partner with business stakeholders to assess existing applications and recommend smarter technical and functional processes.
• Champion quality — Lead rigorous testing (unit, SIT, UAT) to ensure every solution is rock-solid before it ships.
• Own the full lifecycle — Manage deployments, monitor performance, and stay ahead of the latest Power Platform releases to keep solutions running at peak efficiency.
• Document what matters — Maintain clear solution designs and technical documentation that keep the team aligned and compliant.

What You Bring

• 5+ years leading and managing teams on BAU operations and enhancements, with hands-on experience as a solution architect and stakeholder manager
• 5+ years of web development experience across ASP.NET (C#/MVC), SPFx, Graph API, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and RESTful/JSON web APIs
• 5+ years of backend development with .NET C# (experience with .NET 6/8 a strong plus)
• 5+ years architecting, administering, deploying, and migrating M365 SharePoint Online environments
• 5+ years developing with Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate
• Proven experience building and deploying custom applications using Visual Studio, C#, and PowerShell — including Event Receivers, Timer Jobs, Master Pages, and SPFx development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bonus points for experience with Copilot Studio and AvePoint
