• Assist in end-to-end catering operations, from setup to teardown

• Support logistics planning for multi-site deliveries and events

• Monitor fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance

• Coordinate manpower deployment and shift planning across functions

• Contribute to SOP development and continuous process improvement

• Analyze operational data to support decision-making and cost control

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence

• Participate in leadership training and strategic planning workshops

Jumbo Group of Restaurants began with Jumbo Seafood, a home-grown seafood restaurant that was established in 1987 and best known for its chilli and black pepper crabs. The Jumbo story soon evolved after years of restaurant management experience and now includes six diverse dining concepts that serve more than 4,000 diners daily.
