Job Description & Requirements

• Reviews tender documents including drawing and business documents to understand project details and curtain wall technical requirements
• Quantity take-off and calculate curtain wall system for each project
• Indicate the curtain wall contract work scope on the floor plan, elevation and curtain wall detail drawings
• Sourcing materials and send quotation inquiries to the vendors and subcontractors, comparison of quotes, review of prices, to ensure comply to tender requirement
• Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission
• Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedule
• Ensure submission of bonds / warranties from sub-contractors
• Prepare report of cost summary
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
