Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Negotiation & Closing : Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Market Analysis : Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align initiatives with company objectives.
• Leadership : Mentor junior BD team members and provide guidance on proposal strategies and content.
• Reporting : Present strategic plans and opportunities to senior management.
