Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Engineers/Managers with daily project coordination
• Track and maintain project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and variation orders
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor schedules
• Assist in preparing progress reports, meeting minutes, and status updates
• Monitor site activities and report progress or issues to the Project Engineer
• Maintain organised digital and hardcopy project filing systems
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients as needed

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Civil Engineering or related field
• 0–2 years of experience — fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Detail-oriented, organised, and a clear communicator
• Proficient in MS Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
