Job Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operation of cloud infrastructure and production systems to help ensure service availability, stability, and performance.
  • Monitor production systems, assist in troubleshooting incidents, and perform routine operational tasks under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Assist in deploying, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, and containerized applications in accordance with operational best practices.
  • Participate in production changes, system upgrades, routine maintenance, and on-call rotations after successfully completing the required onboarding and training program. Compensatory time off will be provided in accordance with company policy.
  • Learn and contribute to automation initiatives through scripting, operational tools, and AI-assisted engineering workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues, improve system reliability, and continuously develop technical knowledge and engineering skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, Linux operating systems, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS), and system administration through coursework, projects, or internships.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (such as Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), container technologies (Docker and Kubernetes), or virtualization technologies is an advantage but not required.
  • Basic programming or scripting skills in Python, Bash, Go, Java, or similar languages, with an interest in automation and cloud technologies.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced engineering environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, engineering teams, and business partners across regional markets.
