Position Summary

The F&B Service Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, and supporting the daily operations of the outlet while upholding the company’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present menus and explain promotions or daily specials.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving basic concerns promptly.

• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.

• Prepare the outlet before opening and perform closing duties after service.

• Process customer payments accurately through cash, card, or digital payment methods.

• Replenish stock, cutlery, condiments, and service supplies as required.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.

• Follow food hygiene, workplace safety, and company SOPs at all times.

• Assist with outlet promotions, events, and special functions when required.

• Support teamwork by assisting colleagues during busy service periods.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or F&B Manager.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of POS systems.

• Basic food hygiene and safety knowledge.

• Good teamwork and time management skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• F&B Supervisor / Assistant Manager / F&B Manager

The 4-storey clubhouse prides itself with a wide range of amenities such as chalets, swimming pool, karaoke lounge, members' lounge, spa, gym and bowling alley to cater to the diverse interests of our members and their guests.
