Job Summary

Manage and optimize fully automated production lines in a cleanroom or semiconductor fab environment, driving productivity and efficiency improvements through cross-departmental coordination and hands-on technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage fully automated production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Lead continuous improvement projects to increase production productivity and quality
• Identify production bottlenecks promptly and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Coordinate resources and teams to consistently achieve daily production targets
• Enhance staff operational efficiency and product quality through targeted training and process improvements
• Drive cross-departmental projects to improve overall production efficiency and workflow
• Support the implementation of long-term departmental plans aligned with business goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or Engineering
• Comfortable working in cleanroom, industrial, or semiconductor fabrication environments
• Willingness to work on-site and perform hands-on technical tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
