Requirements

• Degreeon Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent

• Min3 years on Semiconductor or Manufacturing Industry

• Knowledgeable in Equipment Assemblyand Test, hands-on experience with manufacturing tools.

• Equipment troubleshooting andmaintenance.

• Data Analysis and Problem-solvingskills, 8D/5 Whys/FMEA/CAPA.

• BOM management and technical drawinginterpretation skills

• Advance Microsoft Office skills withgood communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for managingECOs for both new and existing products.

• Create and maintain mFlow, PCP, pFMEA,and Work Instructions (WI).

• Raise internal Engineering ChangeRequests (ECR) when required.

• Support and drive continuous processimprovement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Cross-functional coordination with Procurement, BDG, Planner, and Buyerand QA

• Support and oversee FA (First Article) builds to ensure compliance withEngineering requirements.
