Build Your Own AI-Powered Food Business—No Capital Investment or Professional Cooking Experience Required

SHENSPHERE Technologies is looking for passionate and responsible individuals to join us as AI Kitchen Operating Partners.

This is not a conventional salaried chef position. It is a business partnership opportunity based on a contractual profit-sharing arrangement.

We will provide the approved capital investment, AI-powered cooking equipment, food business concept, operating system, training and ongoing support. You will contribute your time, commitment and management capability by taking responsibility for the daily operation of an AI-powered food delivery outlet.

Professional cooking experience is not required. Our intelligent cooking system standardises the cooking process, allowing food to be prepared efficiently and consistently. If you are passionate about food and want to build a business in the F&B industry, we will provide the platform and support to help you get started.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the daily operations of the assigned food delivery outlet
• Operate the AI cooking equipment according to established procedures
• Maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene and workplace cleanliness
• Manage ingredients, inventory, packaging and food preparation
• Process delivery-platform orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitor operating costs, food wastage and outlet performance
• Deliver good customer service and maintain positive customer ratings
• Follow all company procedures and applicable food-safety requirements
• Work closely with the company to improve sales and profitability
• Take ownership of the outlet’s daily performance and long-term development

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Individuals with a genuine passion for food and the F&B industry
• Aspiring entrepreneurs who want to operate their own food business
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to work hands-on
• Able to manage daily operations independently
• Willing to learn and use AI-powered cooking technology
• Committed to food quality, hygiene and customer satisfaction
• Motivated to grow the business and increase profitability
• Previous F&B, kitchen, delivery or outlet-management experience is an advantage but not essential
• No professional culinary qualification or advanced cooking experience is required
• Must be willing to complete any required food-safety training

PARTNERSHIP AND PROFIT-SHARING MODEL

• This is a contract-based operating partnership
• The company provides the approved capital investment, equipment, technology and business platform
• The operating partner contributes time, operational management and business commitment
• The operating partner receives an agreed share of the outlet’s net operating profit
• The profit-sharing percentage, calculation method, payment schedule, responsibilities and performance requirements will be clearly stated in the partnership agreement
• Actual earnings will depend on the outlet’s sales, operating costs and overall business performance
• This opportunity does not automatically include company shares or ownership unless separately stated in writing
