Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities while managing existing customer relationships. You will work closely with our operations team to deliver excellent customer service, achieve monthly sales targets, and contribute to the company's continued success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Prepare accurate, competitive, and persuasive quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive sales activities and effective customer engagement
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to generate leads and enhance brand awareness
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and prompt resolution of customer issues
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build long-term customer relationships
• Knowledge and experience in import and export procedures, including shipping documentation, logistics coordination, and international trade processes
• Knowledge in the wood flooring, timber, or building materials industry
