We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our APAC E-commerce and Digital Marketing business. This role will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, e-commerce data, distributor sales performance, and digital marketing effectiveness across the APAC region.

The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions, possesses excellent stakeholder management skills, and has experience working within Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or related industries. This individual should be comfortable navigating both detailed analysis and strategic business discussions while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce, digital marketing, and campaign performance data across APAC markets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Partner with distributors, regional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to consolidate and interpret business performance data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers using SQL and Excel.
• Monitor key business metrics related to online sales, digital campaigns, customer engagement, and distributor performance.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Support business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews through data-driven analysis.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, e-commerce, and external partners to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing attention to detail with broader business objectives.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition, and business performance.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, e-commerce analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a similar role.
• Prior experience within Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Experience working with regional stakeholders and supporting APAC markets is advantageous.
• Exposure to distributor management, channel performance analysis, or commercial reporting is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data manipulation, and reporting).
• Experience analyzing campaign, e-commerce, and digital marketing performance data.
• Ability to combine data from multiple sources and derive meaningful business insights.
• Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Candidates whose primary focus is advanced analytics, machine learning, or Python-heavy development environments may not be the best fit for this role.
