KeyResponsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities, including site operations, subcontractors, safety, quality, and project progress.

• Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
• Assign tasks and oversee workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects or non-compliance.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and suppliers.
• Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance where necessary.
• Prepare daily site reports, work progress reports, and site documentation.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project updates.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and company procedures.

Job Requirements

• 3–5years of experience in construction site supervision

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or Certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications are an advantage.

• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and industry practices.

• Experience working with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.

• Familiarity with the requirements of the relevant authorities and construction standards.
