We are looking for aproactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Executive tojoin our growing operations team. In this role, you will play a key part inensuring the smooth flow of goods from warehouse to customer while maintaininghigh standards of inventory accuracy, safety, and service excellence.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch preparation.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and organise incoming stock in accordance with inventory procedures.
• Perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure warehouse inventory is properly labelled, organised, and easily identifiable.
• Optimise warehouse space through effective stock organisation and repackaging where required.
• Prepare shipping, carrier, and delivery documentation accurately and on time.
• Deliver goods to customers or business locations while ensuring safe handling, professional service, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain delivery vehicles in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition by coordinating inspections and servicing.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Represent the company professionally by upholding our service standards and corporate image during customer interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support operational requirements and business needs.
• Take part in exciting project-based initiatives such as warehouse improvements, inventory migration, process optimisation, system implementation, and new business projects.
• Support the Warehouse Manager with continuous improvement initiatives and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and logistics operations.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred if delivery duties are required).
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handling physical warehouse activities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
