Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students, teachers, parents, visitors, and vendors at the school reception to ensure a welcoming environment
• Professionally answer incoming telephone calls and respond to general enquiries promptly
• Transfer calls accurately to relevant staff and record messages clearly for follow-up
• Organize and file documents, including sorting newsletters and other school resources efficiently
• Provide basic first aid to injured or unwell students and record all incidents in the official school logbook
• Inspect incoming goods and parcels, and distribute them to the appropriate staff members
• Deliver general administrative support and complete additional duties assigned by school management

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience performing general administrative duties
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of the English language to communicate effectively in a school environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in a school environment is preferred as it supports familiarity with school operations
• Strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder interactions
