Receive, review and register incoming job requests and test samples into the internal tracking system / database.

Data Input: Accurately transcribe raw testing data, calculations, and technician notes from worksheets into formal report templates or databases. Quality Control & Proofreading: Cross-check entered data against original source documents to identify and correct discrepancies or typos before final review.

Report Generation: Compile completed data into client-facing reports and certificates of analysis.

Filling & Archiving: Maintain organized digital and physical filling systems for all raw data worksheets, chain-of-custody forms, and issued reports.

Status Updates: Assist department manager by checking the database to provide quick updates on job status. - General Admin: Handle related administrative duties.
