Job Description & Requirements

• Handle Accounts Payable (from input, cost control and budget)

• Assist. for Accounts Receivable update and analysis

• Communicates with Banks for trade applications and monitor of dues of monthly banks reconciliation.

• assist. in quarterly GST submission after training

• assist. in yearly audit processes

• assist. in submission (IRAS, MOM, etc).

• daily administration support to Management & Team.

• Ordering of stationeries and miscellaneous.

• Attending to incoming calls. Assist. in preparation of preparing of meeting (weekly & monthly).

• Take note of Management's appointment and preparing of meeting area.
