Full Time Finance, HR, IT, Admin Assistant Jobs, salary up to SGD 2,400 in COMPASS FOODS PTE. LTD. Singapore - Ricebowl

Functions:

1) Finance & Accounting

• Process supplier invoices and AP accounts payables
• Support in customer invoices and follow up on AR accounts receivable
• Maintain stocks and costing records keeping process up to date
• Perform bank reconciliation and applications
• Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts & journals
• Support GST filing and compliance
• Liaise with external auditors, corporate secretary, and tax agents
• Assist in annual filing matters with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)

2) Human Resources

• Assist in recruitment process (job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding documentation)
• Maintain employee personal files
• Administer employee leave records and claims
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations

3) IT & Administrative Support

• Coordinate IT onboarding (email setup, system access, laptop allocation)
• Maintain IT asset register, IT hardware and software purchasing
• Liaise with external IT vendors for system maintenance and troubleshooting
• Support basic office IT issues (printers, shared drives, Wi-Fi access)

Knowledge, Skills and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of Singapore payroll processing and CPF regulations
• Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Navision)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
