Job Summary

You will sell telco products including fibre broadband and mobile plans remotely, engaging customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video calls to close sales and meet monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to engage and convert customers using provided or self-sourced leads
• Explain technical details of broadband speeds, router features, and plan options clearly over calls and chats to help customers make informed decisions
• Pitch and sell fibre broadband, mobile plans, and add-on products such as WiFi mesh and TV bundles to meet customer needs
• Achieve monthly sales KPIs by managing and closing sales opportunities effectively
• Manage customer leads and follow-ups using WhatsApp Business to maintain engagement and drive conversions
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule installations and provide post-sales support for a smooth customer experience
• Stay informed on current telco promotions, plan updates, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to customers
• Participate actively in weekly virtual training sessions and team meetings via Zoom or Teams to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Maintain self-discipline and work independently from a quiet home office environment to meet sales targets

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles
• Proficient in English communication to engage customers effectively
• Ability to understand and explain technical telecom product features and plans (training provided)
• Self-motivated and target-driven to work independently from home

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin or other local languages to support diverse customer interactions

• Base allowance based on experience and performance tier
• High commission of 10–20% per successful activation (e.g., broadband line, mobile sign-up)
• On-target earnings potential of SGD $3,000 to $4,000 for consistent top performers
