• Cross-Border Payments & Channel Management
• Support and enhance Corporate Banking payment products across:
• Infinity Digital Banking Channel
• Host-to-Host (H2H) Channel
• Cross-Border Payment Services
• International Fund Transfers
• SWIFT Payments
• Real-Time and Batch Payment Processing
• Analyze and support payment processing workflows, validations, approvals, and exception handling.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.
• System Enhancement & Project Delivery
• Perform impact assessments for enhancement requests and change initiatives.
• Work with architects and development teams to define functional solutions.
• Engage with Corporate Banking business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions for new initiatives, regulatory changes, and system enhancements.
• Prepare and manage:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
• User Stories
• Process Flows
• Support production incidents, service requests, and problem management activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend process or system improvements.
• Work with support and development teams to resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
• Ensure operational stability and continuous service improvement
• Knowledge of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 payment standards.
• Experience with Corporate Digital Banking platforms and payment hubs.
• Exposure to API Banking and Open Banking initiatives.
• Knowledge of payment processing engines and middleware platforms.
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM, or similar tools.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements impacting international payments and transaction processing.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Java-based enterprise applications.
• Experience in API and interface testing.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and defect management tools.
• Understanding of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
