1. Possess professional BIM spatial management capabilities and proficient in MEP coordination, including comprehensive pipeline layout integration, model adjustment and local optimization to resolve on-site construction conflicts in advance.

2. Conduct full BIM forward design and complete accurate 2D drawing export based on BIM models to ensure drawing consistency, standardization and construction practicability.

3. Cooperate closely with the design team and construction team, timely feedback design problems, coordinate technical discrepancies, and guarantee smooth project progress and construction quality.

4. Proficient in mainstream industry software including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) platform for daily modeling, collision checking, construction coordination and document management.

5. Responsible for sorting out, summarizing and compiling BIM project documents, organizing technical data, and completing regular project progress sorting and work reporting.

Familiar with construction project BIM workflow, strong coordination ability and document sorting capability, able to independently complete BIM modeling, optimization and drawing delivery work.
