Clinic Assistant – Part-Time / Ad-Hoc / Full-Time

Employment Type: Part-Time (Regular / Ad-Hoc) or Full-Time
Salary: $2,500 – $3,200/month , depending on experience, working hours and shifts. Open for discussion.

Caring Medical Clinic is looking for a responsible, committed and serious Clinic Assistant to join our team.

The position is suitable for someone looking for regular part-time, ad-hoc part-time or full-time work. We are open to discussing the working arrangement based on your availability and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient registration and appointment management
• Dispensing and packing of medications
• Assisting doctors with simple procedures
• General clinic assistant duties and daily clinic operations
• Handling basic administrative and patient-related tasks
• Maintaining a clean and organised clinic environment

Required / Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SGIMED CMS is preferred
• Experience with standard Clinic Assistant duties, including registration and medication dispensing
• Comfortable assisting doctors with simple procedures
• Good communication and patient service skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Good to Have

• Experience handling insurance / TPA claims
• Familiarity with government healthcare portals and schemes such as CHAS and Medisave
• Previous experience working in a GP or medical clinic
