Job Description & Requirements

We wish hire a part-time front desk operations executive for 2 weeks in September.

• Warmly greet and assist all clients.
• Scheduling new and existing bookings.
• Accurately handle billing, process payments, and manage client accounts.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and messaging from customers about new bookings.
• Introduce new services and vouchers.
• Work days: 4 per week. Work hours: 10am to 10pm (one weekend is required).
