Job Description

• Communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members.
• Demonstrate quick thinking, basic mathematical skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming and comfortable environment.
• Familiarise yourself with menu items and provide accurate product information and recommendations to guests.
• Take customer orders accurately and process them through the POS system.
• Handle cashier duties and payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times.
• Replenish baked goods and ensure products are attractively displayed and presented.
• Receive, unpack, check, and properly store incoming deliveries.
• Assist with general cleaning and dishwashing duties.
• Ensure all areas of the shop are clean, organised, and presentable at all times.

• No prior experience is required; candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
