Responsibilities:

• Buildand maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business

partnersto identify and develop new business opportunities

• Leadand manage the sales and marketing team to achieve financial and growth targets

• Managethe full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation,

negotiation,and deal closure to achieve sales targets

• Technical solution & collaboration by providing pre-salestechnical support and on-site support for robotic/ automation project

• Providepre-sales technical support, conduct product demonstrations, and deliverpresentations tailored to customer requirements

• Preparequotations, sales proposals, and performance reports for management review

• Monitormarket trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintaincompetitive advantage

• Offerafter-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt follow-upand issue resolution

• Workclosely with management to review sales performance, provide project updates,and implement sales strategies

• Continuouslyenhance technical knowledge to introduce innovative and value-added solutionsto clients

• Performother ad-hoc duties as required

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree inEngineering or a related technical field

• Min 3-5 years and aboveexperience in a sales/marketing or technical sales role, preferably in the semiconductorand electronics engineering sector

• Sales experience inrobotics, automation or industrial solutions will be a plus

• Excellent communication,negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Independent and able toperform under pressure and tight deadlines

• Willingness to travel toclient sites as needed

• Possess a valid Class 3or Class 3A driving license and own vehicle
