Are you a strategic sales professional with a passion for building global customer partnerships and driving business growth? We are seeking an experienced Global Accounts Manager to lead and grow relationships with multinational customers across multiple regions.

About the Role

As the Global Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing global account strategies, expanding customer engagement, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. Acting as the primary commercial contact for assigned global customers, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure exceptional service delivery, customer satisfaction, and long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customers' business and supply chain objectives.
• Identify and capture growth opportunities across freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, and value-added services.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, pricing discussions, and tender/RFQ processes.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and customer retention targets for assigned global accounts.
• Coordinate with operations, product, finance, procurement, IT, and implementation teams to deliver consistent service excellence.
• Monitor account performance, KPIs, and service levels while leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare account plans, business forecasts, and executive performance reports.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of sales or account management experience, including at least 8 years in freight forwarding or global logistics.
• Proven success managing multinational strategic accounts and growing existing customer relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiations, business development, and solution selling.
• Experience working within a global matrix organization and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
