Job Description:

• Handle Accounts Receivables
• Handle Account Payables
• Bank Reconciliation
• Accounting Data Entry - Preparation of Quarterly GST
• Handle a Partial Set of Accounts
• Assist in statutory reporting and management reporting including but not limited to Financial Statement and Tax Computation
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Accounting
• 1 year of experience in Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail/figures, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with various teams within our company

工作职责

• 负责应收账款（Accounts Receivable）管理。
• 负责应付账款（Accounts Payable）管理。
• 处理银行对账（Bank Reconciliation）。
• 进行会计资料输入，并负责编制季度消费税（GST）申报。
• 负责部分全盘账务（Partial Set of Accounts）的处理。
• 协助完成法定财务报告及管理层报告，包括但不限于财务报表（Financial Statements）及税务计算（Tax Computation）。
• 完成管理层不时安排的其他临时工作（Ad-hoc Tasks）。

任职要求

• 拥有会计相关专业的大专文凭（Diploma）或以上学历。
• 具备至少 1 年会计相关工作经验。
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Word 及 Microsoft Excel。
• 工作细心，具备良好的数字敏感度、组织能力，并能同时处理多项工作。
• 具备优秀的沟通能力，能够与公司内部不同团队保持良好的合作与协调。
