Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, organizing documents, and communicating key information to improve team efficiency and contribute to the company’s growth in port services across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and draft clear, professional email replies to maintain effective communication
• Establish contracts and track orders to ensure timely processing and delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers to meet specific customer requirements and maintain smooth supply chain operations
• Organize data and file documents accurately to support the entire business process from inquiry to delivery
• Assist in achieving order completion targets by supporting sales team activities
• Follow company procedures and assist supervisors with business-related tasks to ensure operational consistency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hold a Higher Diploma or above
• Demonstrate proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, responsibility, and proactive problem-solving skills
• Possess good communication and expression skills to support team collaboration
• Show proficiency in MS Office applications for efficient document and data management
• Have prior sales experience; experience as a sales coordinator or in administrative roles is advantageous
