Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in Delixin Sdn Bhd Simpang Ampat - Ricebowl

JOB SUMMARY

Delixin Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure productivity targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.

· Monitor production schedules and ensure output targets are met.

· Lead, train, and motivate production team members.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

· Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance when required.

· Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.

· Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records.

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.

· Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

· At least 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.

· Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and workplace safety.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

· Able to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
