Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, vouchers, and e-Invoice.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports in accordance with Malaysian accounting standards.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Handle tax computation, submission, payment, SST, withholding tax, and related compliance matters.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, collections, and bank balances.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretaries, and government authorities.
• Support budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, and internal control improvement.
• Provide finance-related support and reports to management and headquarters.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Familiar with full-set accounts, Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, SST, and e-Invoice.
• Manufacturing or multinational company experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting / ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, analytical, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
