Our client, a Japanese design and manufacturer company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Japanese-speaking Design & Operations Coordinator

Job Descriptions:

• Create and revise signage drawings and artwork using Adobe Illustrator templates
• Handle urgent layout updates and artwork requests accurately and efficiently
• Design marketing materials, including leaflets, social media graphics, and newsletters
• Manage administrative tasks such as contract renewals, supplier documentation, and office supply orders
• Support daily office operations, including vendor registration and filing accounting documents

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, including vector graphics, layouts, dimensions, and marketing materials
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work, documentation, and record management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to urgent requests
• Well-organized with good time management and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N2 level or above) for coordination with teams and vendors
