Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing, tracking, and processing customer quotations efficiently.
• Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and addressing product-related inquiries.
• Monitor projects, bridging the gap between clients and the manufacturing plant to align on production schedules and delivery commitments.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable specifically for assigned key accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Develop accurate budget proposals by analyzing historical factory data, client specifications, and current market conditions.
• To manage ad-hoc assignments as assigned
• May require business trip depending on business needs

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistic, Engineering or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the marketing field. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• IANG visa holder will be also considered
• Solid experience in manufacturing field and project management is an advantage
• Proficiency in using MS applications including Excel (Macro), SQL, VBA
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience would be considered as Marketing Executive
• May require working from Dongguan office depending on business needs
