Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities
- Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
- Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs
- Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
- Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
- Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
- Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
- Plan and develop the technical officer skills
- Assist the Facilities Manager in liaising with client for all works related to the system in-charge
- Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with atleast 3 years experience
- Good communication skills, positive mindset
- Hardworking and able to multi-task
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
